Our client is an established, family-run company looking for an experienced Administrator to join their operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a people-focused company.

This is a fully office-based role and hours are Monday to Friday.

The role:

  • Liaising with customers and clients via phone and email.
  • Inputting bookings and data on to a centralised system.
  • Providing quotes.
  • Providing updates on orders and lead times.
  • Updating Excel spreadsheets with relevant data.
  • Liaising with external professionals.
  • Preparing documents.
  • Arranging and booking deliveries.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Confident user of all Microsoft packages.
  • Organised and able to manage own workload.
  • Willing to learn new skills.
