I am recruiting for talented and passionate Customer Service Advisors to join our friendly team in Bradford!
About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be taking inbound calls answering questions and providing suitable and speedy resolutions, as well as making outbound calls to update customers.
What You Will Be Doing?
* Taking inbound calls and providing helpful and informative advice to customers
* Making outbound calls to customers to update them on products and services
* Ensuring calls are accurately logged on the internal database
* Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless service
What We Are Looking For?
* Previous call centre experience
* Positive and friendly attitude
* Confident making outbound calls
* Strong IT skills
