Role Overview
The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping the sales strategy, and leading a high-performing team focused on product and distribution. This is a pivotal leadership role requiring a strategic thinker with proven experience in health insurance, employee benefits, or financial services sectors.

Key Responsibilities
* Sales Strategy & Leadership
o Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
o Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team responsible for product and distribution.
o Establish clear KPIs and monitor performance to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
* Business Development
o Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate and SME markets.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, intermediaries, and key partners.
o Drive growth through innovative product positioning and market penetration strategies.
Commercial Management
* Forecast sales performance and manage budgets effectively.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimise go-to-market plans.
* Negotiate high-value contracts and partnerships to maximise profitability.
Market Insight & Innovation
* Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
* Contribute to product development and pricing strategies based on market feedback.

Skills & Experience Required
* Proven track record in senior sales leadership within health insurance, employee benefits, or financial services.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience managing multi-million-pound revenue streams.
* Exceptional leadership and team development skills, particularly in product and distribution.

* Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
