MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome guests and residents in a polite and friendly manner.
- To be multi-functional working in all areas of the venue such as Bar, Restaurant, Conference or Event.
- Consistently demonstrating a high level of customer service; serving all customers, taking orders, making recommendations.
- Prompt service and accurate use of Epos and PDQs.
- Pride in maintaining standards of cleanliness and food/drink safety.
- Setting up and serving at events.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties or reasonable management requests when required.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene in accordance with Health & Safety & Food Safety Policies
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience working within the hospitality industry advantageous, but not essential.
SKILLS:
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment, keeping a calm head when under pressure
- Able to work on ones own initiative and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions.
