Successful Legal Practice, Seeking an Enthusiastic Personable Individual to Manage Reception Duties

If you are an experienced individual with previous time spent in legal practice this could be a great role for you.

We're working with a valued client, one of the longstanding names in the region's legal sector who are keen to speak to you if you would like to be the first point of contact at a busy law firm.

The role involves meeting and greeting clients in person, managing and co-ordinating with solicitors at the firm in a "front of house" position. You'll also be fielding/managing incoming telephone enquiries and email communications too. Additional and general administrative duties as and when required are all part of the role too.

Your administrative experience would also be an invaluable resource as and when required by various teams across the practice, which could cover different areas of law with administrative duties, typing / dictation, photocopying and preparation of documentation etc.

It's a role that would see you involved with most people across the office and is a great opportunity for anyone who likes to be appreciated as an indispensable and much valued member of the team!
