What We’re Looking For: 

• Qualifications: A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years is desirable. 

• DBS Check: Willingness to obtain one (we can help with this). 

• Experience: Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is beneficial. 

• Early Years Knowledge: Understanding of the EYFS framework and child development. 

• Caring and Nurturing Approach: Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for supporting young children. 

• Strong Communication Skills: Able to work collaboratively with children, staff, and parents/carers. 

• Safeguarding Commitment: A strong understanding of child protection policies and procedures.
