Our client, a leading UK multi-disciplinary consultancy, is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their established team in Shrewsbury. With over 270 staff across 8 offices, they provide integrated services in building surveying, architecture, interior design, and project management.
Working predominantly on project-focused commercial work, this role offers the opportunity to lead on refurbishments, fit-outs, and new build schemes across a varied client base. The position offers excellent scope for progression within a growing national practice.
Senior Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 (Open to disucssion)
23 days holiday plus bank holidays (option to buy/sell)

Senior Building Surveyor Job Overview
Leading project delivery across commercial refurbishment and development schemes
Producing specifications, tender documentation, and administering contracts
Carrying out condition surveys, technical due diligence and reporting
Supporting junior staff and assisting in APC mentorship
Maintaining and growing client relationships

MRICS qualified
Experience in commercial sector projects
Strong communication and project management skills
Based within commuting distance of Shrewsbury
Full UK driving licence
