A high-performing, independent wealth management firm is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join its growing technical team. This is a rare opportunity to join a business with a strong reputation for delivering bespoke, client-centric financial planning and a genuine focus on long-term relationships.

You’ll work closely with experienced Financial Planners and fellow Paraplanners to support high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and professionals across a wide range of financial planning areas.

Key Responsibilities:Produce high-quality suitability reports and recommendation lettersConduct detailed research and analysis across pensions, investments, and protectionPrepare cashflow modelling and scenario planning for client meetingsWork alongside Financial Planners, Compliance, and Admin teams to ensure timely, compliant advice deliveryMaintain accurate records and keep up to date with regulatory and product changes

Requirements:Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards completion)Proven experience in a paraplanning role within a financial planning or wealth management firmStrong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, tax, and protectionExcellent communication and report writing skillsHighly organised, detail-focused, and able to work proactively within a team
