A leading regional law firm is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor or a Solicitor with up to 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to join its expanding Court of Protection team based in Shrewsbury.

The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist Court of Protection department, working within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will gain valuable experience handling complex and high-quality cases involving property and financial affairs for vulnerable individuals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters
  • Advising clients and their families with empathy and professionalism

About You:

  • A qualified solicitor (NQ – 2 PQE), ideally with some exposure to or a strong interest in Court of Protection work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A client-focused, compassionate and ethical approach
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a specialist team
