- ?? Handle tenancy renewals, deposit negotiations, and end-of-tenancy procedures

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- ? A minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential property management

- ? In-depth knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
- ? A composed, professional manner and exceptional communication skills
- ? The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team
