Day-to-day of the role:- Transcribe audio recordings accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and organise documentation as per the company standards.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
- Assist in general secretarial duties, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Filing and organisation of documents
- Proven experience as an Audio Typist or Secretary.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
