Training and Devlopment Manager
Location:Shropshire - site based
Salary:£40,000 - £43,000
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Training and Development Manager with a compliance emphasis to join a business going through exciting change and transformation.
As the Training and Development Manager you will one of the Key players in the L&D area for the business. This role is a blend of strategy and hands on,you’ll develop and oversee training and ensure consistency and compliance across the region.
Training and Development Manager - Responsibilities:

Design training strategy around the people plan &company goals

Design content and ensure it reflects best practice and compliance standards

Implement structured programs designed to teach managers how to effectively lead and manage people

You won’t just run training sessions yourself—you’ll also coach other staff (like managers and supervisors) on how to deliver training well.You’ll help them learn how to explain things clearly, keep people engaged, and make sure training is done the right way.

Assess current Training and Development strategy, gain insight into its effectiveness for the business and employees

Review management development training and improve and advance where required

Complete Training Needs Analysis across the business

Design, develop and deliver training programmes
Training and Development Manager - Skills and Experience:
-
Strong Leadership and management skills
-
Lots of experience in designing and delivering training programmes, om particular worked in an environment where compliance within training has been key

Significant experience of training compliance standards and regulations
-
Great communication skills and beskilled at influencing others.
