Associate Structural Engineer (Building Structures)

Your Role
路Lead the structural design of projects using Eurocodes and British Standards.
路Oversee design delivery using tools such as TEKLA, TEDDS, and ROBOT.
路Carry out structural inspections and condition surveys of existing buildings.
路Produce high-quality technical reports, defect analysis, and feasibility assessments.
路Manage client relationships, project timelines, and resource planning.
路Mentor and support junior engineers, encouraging their professional development.
路Represent the business in meetings, tenders, and design presentations.

What We're Looking For
路Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, ideally with Chartered status (IStructE or ICE).
路Proven experience in delivering building structures projects from concept to completion.
路Strong experience in structural surveys, inspections, and technical report writing.
路Proficiency in structural design software and sound knowledge of engineering principles.
路Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
路A proactive, solution-focused approach with a commitment to high-quality work.
