Are you detail-oriented, technically minded, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Were looking for a Warranty Administrator to join our Sidcup dealership, with travel to Bromley once a week. This exciting role offers a competitive salary, strong OTE potential, and the opportunity to work with world-leading Toyota and Lexus vehicles.
We're looking for a Warranty Administrator who can help us continue delivering experiences worth talking about.
What Youll Do:
- Accurately process all warranty claims, calculating labour and material costs.
- Ensure all claims are submitted quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain organised records of current, pending, and processed claims.
- Investigate and resolve rejected claims and discrepancies.
- Keep up-to-date with manufacturer labour rates and policy changes.
- Handle displaced parts and paintwork claims with attention to process and compliance.
- Obtain authorisations and maintain paperwork to meet Toyota standards.
- Communicate possible process improvements to the Service Manager.
- Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction.
- Support the wider team with any other duties as required.
- Previous experience in a similar role, in the motor industry is a must.
- Technical knowledge of vehicles and repair processes.
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
