Have you had experience working as a Business Support Officer? I am excited to be recruiting for one of my clients who are looking for a candidate to provide a generic administrative function across both Enforcement and Tenancy teams, plus a support role specific to the Neighbourhood Tenancy teams. This is a very fast paced environment with no two days the same so the successful candidate will need to be proactive and fast thinking.

Duties:

This includes conducting viewings, meeting with new tenants to complete relevant paperwork, identity checks and ensure that the first period of rent is paid in advance of the tenancy being signed.
