Damp & Mould Technician

Working across social housing properties, you'll be responsible for identifying, treating, and preventing damp and mould issues to ensure tenants' homes remain safe and compliant. Your Role as a Damp & Mould Technician will include:
* Inspecting social housing properties to diagnose causes of damp and mould
* Treating affected areas and carrying out remedial works to prevent reoccurrence
* Completing reports, photos, and recommendations for follow-up action
* Working independently across London, Surrey, and Kent

The successful Damp & Mould Technician will have:

* Experience in damp and mould treatment, property maintenance, or building repair
* Strong understanding of moisture control, ventilation, and remedial techniques
* Ability to diagnose root causes and communicate clearly with tenants and clients
* Full UK driving licence and own tools/van
