Mechanical and Electrical Buyer

CSS Recruitment and Training are looking for a Mechanical and Electrical Buyer in Sittingbourne, Kent.

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm in office. (No Hybrid)

The role of the M&E Buyer is to support the procurement fuction on large-scale high-rise residential projects. To be responsible for the end-to-end procurement of M&E materials, ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery and compliance with project specifications.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a M&E Buyer within the residential high-rise sector.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, materials, and installation sequencing.
• Experience managing call-offs, first fix and second fix kits and site logistics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and organisational skills.
