Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND.
- Assist the class teacher with adapting lessons and activities to meet individual needs.

- Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development.
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to provide consistent support.

- Previous experience working with children (essential).

- Patience, resilience, and a caring approach.
- SEND-specialist training is desirable, but full training can be offered to the right candidate.
