- Digital dictation and document preparation
- Liaising with clients via phone and email
- Coordinating meetings and maintaining client records
- Setting up and archiving case files, along with carrying out property searches
- General administrative assistance
- Prior experience within residential property law, particularly in completions and contract exchanges
- Excellent time management and interpersonal abilities
- A professional attitude with a focus on confidentiality
- Competitive pay ranging from £21,000 to £23,000 depending on experience
- Full-time role: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
- 20 days holiday plus public holidays, increasing after 5 and 10 years of service
