Salary:
- Basic: £33,500 per annum
- Overtime Rate: £20.94 per hour
About the Role:
Venatu Recruitment Group is partnering with our client in the Mansfield area to recruit a PSV Mechanic/Fitter on a permanent basis. We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Shift Fitter to join our client in Skegness.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a modern and varied fleet of vehicles, ensuring passengers travel safely and comfortably every day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Routine maintenance and repair of PSV vehicles
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out necessary repairs
• Working in both a depot environment and responding to breakdowns on the road
• Ensuring high standards of engineering maintenance
• Supporting the transition to hybrid and electric vehicle technologies

Shift Pattern:
- Guaranteed 38.5 hours per week
- Working 5 out of 7 days
- Various start times
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in vehicle maintenance (bus, HGV/LGV, truck, automotive, plant, rail, or farm machinery)
- Ideally qualified to one of the following:
- PCV or HGV City & Guilds
- BTEC
- NVQ Level 3 Engineering in HGV or PSV
- OR Time Served
