Looking for a Complaints officer to join a leading Property Services Company based in Skelmersdale

Offering a competitive salary of up to 30,000 + benefits

  • Your role will be to liaise with tenants regarding repairs, update on progress and make sure any complaints are received in accordance with policy and procures.
  • Be responsible for taking ownership and managing complaints through to resolution in line with policy
  • Ensuring agreed targets are delivered within your service area and complaints received in accordance with policy and procedures
  • Call handling and managing correspondence via email and phone

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a similar role or industry ideally Social Housing
  • Able to handle complaints effectively
  • Are an excellent communicator, comfortable with email and telephone conversations
