Salary: Up to 50,000 per annum (DOE)

• Developing and delivering a results-driven marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
• Leading digital campaigns and increase brand visibility
• Managing and optimising CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience preferred)
• Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Creating engaging content for web, blog, email, and social platforms
• Reporting on campaign performance and recommending improvements
• Supporting sales with lead generation and marketing materials
• Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels
• Collaborating with external partners and agencies to extend reach

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within B2B or manufacturing
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of marketing initiatives
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
• Commercially aware and detail-oriented
