Are you a qualified conveyancer with at least 2 years’ PQE?Looking to take the next step in a supportive and expanding legal team?

We’re working with a growing firm looking to strengthen their busy conveyancing department

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage a full caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity matters

  • Conduct accurate title checks and respond to enquiries

  • Handle contract exchange and completion

  • Communicate with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other conveyancers by phone, email, and in person

  • Liaise with landlords and managing agents for leasehold transactions

  • Carry out searches and submit SDLT returns

  • Use the Land Registry portal and complete Lawyer Checker searches

  • Ensure full compliance with AML regulations and confidentiality policies

  • Help support and grow the conveyancing department

What you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing

  • Confidence managing your own caseload

  • Familiarity with the CML Handbook

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • A team player who can work under pressure
