Are you an experienced Service Advisor with a background in commercial vehicles or fleet maintenance? Our client, a respected leader in the commercial vehicle services sector, is expanding their team and looking for a confident, organised individual to join their busy service department.
This is a great opportunity to work with a tight-knit, friendly team, where your skills will be valued, and full training is provided.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Booking in trucks and commercial vehicles for scheduled maintenance and 6-weekly safety inspections

Managing bookings and service records using Kerridge (essential)

Preparing job cards, updating systems, and handling all associated paperwork

Liaising with fleet managers to ensure vehicles are serviced on time and downtime is minimised

Supporting the service team with administrative and coordination tasks

Working 1 Saturday per month (just 4 hours)
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within commercial vehicles or fleet servicing

Proficient in Kerridge or a similar Dealer Management System (DMS)

Strong admin and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

A team player who enjoys working collaboratively with others

Reliable, professional, and keen to learn - training will be provided
