We are looking for a skilled Chef to join our culinary team in the SL area. This position is perfect for someone passionate about creating exceptional dishes and providing a memorable dining experience. Candidates must live locally and have the right to work full-time in the UK.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Prepare and cook meals according to the restaurant’s menu and recipes.
  • Ensure that food preparation and presentation meet high-quality standards.
  • Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks related to meal prep, cooking, and delivering food in a timely fashion.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
  • Coordinate with the management team to plan menus, including future food trends and culinary advancements.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef with a strong track record in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and various cooking methods.
  • Familiarity with sanitation regulations.
  • Time management abilities.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must live locally in the SL area.
  • Must have the right to work full-time in the UK.
