JLH are currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic four star hotel in the Slough area. This hotel, which is part of a larger national group is looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be an existing Senior Sous Chef looking for their first Head Chef role who comes from a busy events focused hotel, has good knowledge of H&S, the ability to control budgets and forward plan ordering in line with up coming events. You will also be responsible for developing the existing kitchen team, upskilling them and developing a lasting team bond.
