We are seeking a Senior Food Technologist to lead technical excellence in our global operations.
The role requires a degree in Food Science or a related discipline and a minimum of 5 years of experience in food manufacturing or travel catering.
Key responsibilities include managing supplier approvals, leading audits, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
The position offers a competitive salary of $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience.
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of GFSI, HACCP, and global labeling legislation, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with procurement, NPD, operations, and sales teams, reporting directly to the Head of Technical. From managing supplier approvals and factory trials to leading audits and ensuring artwork compliance, you'll be at the heart of everything that ensures our food quality is second to none.

What you’ll do:? Champion food safety and QMS improvements globally? Oversee supplier risk assessments and technical approvals? Lead product spec development and compliance checks? Support complaint investigations with actionable solutions? Mentor junior technologists and collaborate across teams? Travel nationally and internationally for audits and site visits

What you’ll bring:? Degree in Food Science or related discipline? Strong knowledge of GFSI, HACCP, and global labelling legislation? Excellent communication, problem-solving, and IT skills? Experience in food manufacturing or travel catering? A proactive mindset and passion for food safety
