- Making around 60 outbound calls to speak with potential/lapsed customers per week
- Targeting local SME’s
- Fact finding
- Arrange appointments for business development managers
- Enter and update customer information into CRM system (Salesforce)
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information into CRM system (Salesforce)
- Go the “extra mile” to bring in new business to the company, using new and personal sales plans
- 40 hours a week - Flexible hours– you can choose your own schedule within working hours
- Monday to Friday (no weekends!)
- Temporary position until at least December - chance to go permanent after
- Clear and confident telephone manner with strong persuasion and objection handling skills.
- Organised, reliable, and positive attitude
- Good listening and basic computer skills
- Able to follow instructions and stay organised
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly with clients
- Ready to start immediately
- Proven experience working within logistics, distribution or courier services.
- Experience using Salesforce
