Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Technical Skills Coach / Trainer – Electrical to join the team at our Slough & Langley College campus on a full-time, permanent basis.

Technical Skills Coach / Trainer – Electrical

We're seeking a dedicated individual to manage and mentor a dynamic caseload of apprentices within our Electrical Apprenticeship Programme. This full-time, permanent role involves providing essential skills coaching and mentoring to help apprentices excel in their end-point assessments. You will manage a caseload of apprentices to progress towards a successful gateway.
