We are working with a Medium/Large Forwarder who have an exciting opportunity for 2 x Air Export Operator.
Working the following days - Perishables experience advantage.
1 Air Export Operator Tuesday to Saturday 9am-5.30pm1 Air Export Operator Sunday to Thursday 9am-5.30pm
Role involves.
路 Start to Finish Exports, working within a team environment, providing high standard Customer Service.Perishables experience Advantage路 Taking on new shipments.路 Making bookings with Airlines.路 Monitoring the joint email box.路 Completing Export customs entries.路 Completing Quotations路 Dealing with collections.路 Completing HAWB and MAWB路 Supporting the Supervisor. 路 Liaising with overseas branches and internal customers.路 Review all customer booking instructions ensuring that all are followed.路 Raising sales invoices accurately within agreed KPI timescales.
Experience.
路 2-3 years Air Export experience.路 Start to Finish experience including good customs.Any Perishable experience advantage. 路 Good Educations.路 Previous Customer service experience.路 Good Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.路 Team Player.
30 days holidays including Bank Hols.Salary depends on experience.
