An expanding, contract hire / leasing organisation, based in Slough, is looking for a Sales Support Executive to support in their Procurement and Operations team.
The role requires excellent customer service while supporting new customers, submitting for credit approval, issuing of customer contracts, maintaining accurate documents, managing quotations and order conversions for renewals and new orders.
Previous experience working in car leasing is ideal.
Key responsibilities
- Management of new and renewals queries
- Responsible for setting up new customers and progressing credit applications
- Responsible for issuing of all customer contract documents
- Provide quotes to customers for new and renewal vehicles
- Respond to all inbound customer enquiries
- Internal account management of the company car fleet
Skills/experience
- Contract hire / leasing experience would be ideal
- Good MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills with a customer focused approach
- Experience in a support role previously
