Supply Desk is working in partnership with a dynamic and inclusive secondary school in Slough, currently seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Psychology Teacher to join their team as soon as possible.

About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured Psychology lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5
- Teach core topics such as memory, attachment, social influence, psychopathology, and research methods
- Use current research and real-life case studies to enhance learning and relevance
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and academic support
- Contribute to the wider school community through assemblies, pastoral support, or enrichment activities (e.g. psychology clubs or mental health awareness events)
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold QTS or an equivalent UK teaching qualification (ECTs are welcome to apply)
- Have experience teaching Psychology at secondary or post-16 level (GCSE/A-Level/BTEC)
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver complex topics in an accessible and engaging way
- Inspire students to think critically, explore psychological research, and apply their learning
- Have excellent communication, planning, and classroom management skills
- Be committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and continuous professional development
