Supply Desk is currently working in partnership with a forward-thinking and inclusive secondary school in High Wycombe, seeking a dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join their team as soon as possible.

About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and relevant Business Studies lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and ideally KS5
- Encourage critical thinking, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial skills
- Use real-life business scenarios and case studies to enrich the learning experience
- Assess student progress, set achievable goals, and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to wider school initiatives, including enterprise clubs, career events, and enrichment activities
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to drive high standards of teaching and learning
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold QTS or an equivalent UK teaching qualification (ECTs are also encouraged to apply)
- Have experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level (KS4/KS5 experience desirable)
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for delivering engaging, practical lessons
- Be committed to helping students understand real-world economic and business challenges
- Show excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills
- Be dedicated to safeguarding, inclusion, and ongoing professional development
