At YellowBricks, we are hiring an entry to mid-level Candidate Specialist who will be the first contact for the talented people we work with who are considering a new role. We rarely advertise open vacancies and look to our multiple networks and communities for people of interest; in this role, you will continue developing these relationships to uncover future talent. We seek a proactive person, an excellent communicator, confident in person or on the phone/screen, who is curious about their approach.
Many of the people we help are content in their roles and unaware of the incredible career opportunities available and open to them. It is our role as specialists to build relationships with them and develop their confidence to push for more. We are, therefore, seeking a patient, people-person who operates in the candidates' best interests at all times.
We match people to roles that are mutually beneficial for the company and the candidate; for that reason we seek a person with, solid investigative skills to ensure you can effectively ask the questions that uncover the main drivers and requirements of our candidate's career goals.
