We are seeking an experienced Import Clerk for a specialist freight forwarder with expertise in customs, billing, and invoicing.
Candidates should have a strong background in handling carnets, CITES, and a solid understanding of air, road, and sea freight.
Experience in fine art shipping and dealing with art handlers, galleries, and private customers is preferred.
The position requires handling shipments from start to finish while providing exceptional customer service, and candidates must have a valid driver's license due to the location.
The salary is competitive, and the role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

We are recruiting for a specialist freight forwarder who are looking for an experienced Import clerk who has experience within customs, billing & invoicing and dealing with carnets , CITIES and a good working knowledge of air, road and sea freight. We would love to hear from you if you have experience working within fine art shipping / high value and have experience dealing with art handlers / galleries / private customers.

You will be handling shipments start - finish and providing a very high level of customer service, you musty drive due to location and you will also be required to go air side from time to time too.

The working hours are Monday - Friday and there is some out of hours work required but this is paid at overtime.
