Senior Legal Contractors - Corporate Restructuring | £500-£600/day PAYE | Immediate StartA leading global FTSE 50 powerhouse is undergoing a complex, multi-jurisdictional legal entity restructuring programme and is urgently seeking up to three experienced corporate lawyers to support this critical initiative.This is a high-impact project within a listed company environment, involving simplification of group structure, balance sheet rationalisation, and entity liquidations across multiple jurisdictions.We're looking for:

  • 4+ PQE lawyers (UK qualified or equivalent)
  • Strong background in corporate law and legal entity restructuring
  • In-house or private practice experience within large international organisations
  • Ability to manage external counsel and partner with Tax, Finance, and CoSec teams

You'll need to hit the ground running, therefore tick all boxes above and able to navigate legal complexities with commercial acumen and a proactive mindset.PAYE only. Day rate includes holiday pay. Hybrid role 1-3 days in the office. (Berkshire)
