NEW POSITION: We are recruiting for a Payroll Clerk to join a leading logistics company based within the Colnbrook area. THEY WILL LOOK AT PART TIME HOURS ALSO, THEY ARE FLEXIBLE FOR THE RIGHT PERSON.

Duties will include:

  • Collect and verify employee working hours
  • Run monthky payroll of approxx 320 employees
  • Calculate pay according to hours worked incorporating leaves and overtime
  • Calculate overtime, bonuses and commissions
  • Manage and calculate taxes and deduction
  • Ensuring payroll records are kept up to date
  • Calculate maternity pay
  • Use of SAGE 50
  • Submitting P11Ds
  • Handling any queries regarding payroll from employees
  • Prepare and submit reports with payroll information to manager
  • Reporting to the Accounts/ HR manager

Experience needed:

  • Previous experience within payroll
  • Sage 50 & 200 experience
  • PC literate
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • 5 year checkable history/ clean DBS check

Working hours:

  • 22-30 hours a week, working between Monday- Friday
