Job Title: Compliance Graduate

Location: Slough

Salary: £25,000 - £26000

The Compliance Graduate assists and provides administrative support to the Compliance Manager in performing their duties relating to Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering and Data Protection.

The successful candidate will have achieved a 2:1 or above in their Business/Economics/Law/Business Administration degree since 2022 and be looking to build their career and CV with this opportunity to work with our well-respected blue chip client.

You will be looking to launch or develop a career in the finance industry.

This role requires excellent communication skills as you will be liaising across departments and management teams. The role is varied, responsibilities include:

Track the evolution of rules and regulations and assess any potential impact on activities, processes and procedures - updating the periodic regulatory newsletter

Perform second level controls according to the Compliance Monitoring Plan, follow-up on action plans and maintain records

Identify and rectify compliance breaches, giving advice to the Management of any changes that are needed

Perform anti-money laundering controls, activities, projects and definition of training for all staff

Update compliance policies and procedures
