Position: Internal Resourcer
Location: Slough
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £26,000 to £30,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for an Internal Resourcer / Administrator for a full time, permanent position based in Slough.
This position will be working within an Internal HR team for a busy engineering company.
This person will be dealing with the company recruitment needs that will include: advertising positions, weekly contract manager meetings, creating employment contracts and offer letters, reference checks, organising new starter packs as well as resourcing for new employees for the company.
The right person for this position will already have experience in recruitment/ resourcing, they need to have a strong telephone manner and be able to deal with multiple projects.
This person does need to have a strong personality as they will be dealing with management and engineers daily
Requirements
- Strong Administrative background
- Experience in recruitment or resourcing is preferred
- Based in a commutable distance to Slough
- Must have a strong personality
- Confident telephone manner
- Full UK driving licence would be a bonus but not essential
- Excellent IT skills
- Must have some experience in interviewing, inductions and compliance checks
