This role balances business development with essential administrative support, focusing on corporate, group, MICE, and leisure markets.

This stunning venue is based in Berkshire and is offering a salary of up to 28,000 for a 45 hour week.

Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Sales Manager role are:

  • Assist with planning and implementing sales strategies to maximise revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple market segments
  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections to promote hotel services
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, preparing proposals and contracts as needed
  • Maintain accurate client records and track leads using CRM tools
