We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Hotel Manager to lead operations at this luxury wedding and events venue nestled in the heart of Berkshire.
This is a unique opportunity to take the helm of a celebrated destination known for hosting exceptional weddings, private celebrations, and high-end corporate events. You'll be responsible for the full day-to-day running of the venue, delivering operational excellence, and maintaining the five-star standards our guests expect.
The Hotel Manager will have:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Hotel Manager within a full-service hotel or a wedding/events-focused venue
A proven track record of leading high-performing teams in luxury or boutique environments
Exceptional understanding of guest service, event execution, and operational excellence
Strong commercial awareness with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences with meticulous attention to detail
Comfortable working closely with ownership, reporting on KPIs, and contributing to business growth
??? Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing all hotel operations including front of house, housekeeping, F&B, and events
Leading, training and inspiring a dedicated team to deliver consistently high standards
Working with the events and sales team to ensure seamless execution of weddings and functions
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws and other legal requirements
Managing budgets, financial targets and maximising profitability
Location:
Near Slough, Berkshire - Must be able to commute or be open to relocating. Accommodation options may be available for the right candidate.
