Key Responsibilities
路Booking vehicles into the service department efficiently
路Managing workshop loading to maximise productivity
路Acting as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service at all times
路Upselling additional work, service plans, and current offers in line with customer needs

Skills & Experience Required
路Previous experience in a Service Advisor within a Car Dealership
路Knowledge of Kerridge / 1LINK / Pinnacle / RTC or a similar DMS system
路Proven experience in upselling additional services or products
路Full UK manual driving licence (subject to driving licence checks)
