Responsible for managing the end to end Supply Chain function, the role will look after optimising our supply chain processes, encompassing: Inventory Control, Procurement, Logistics, and Planning (production, supply, demand and material requirements planning/MRP). This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient flow of materials, securing cost-effective procurement strategies, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Description

  • Accountable for the end-to-end supply chain function, from manufacturing to customer.
  • Accountable for Procurement, Supplier Management, Inventory Control, Logistics and Planning (Forecasting, Demand, Supply, Capacity & Material Planning).
  • Oversee inventory management processes to ensure accurate stock levels, efficient stock handling, and timely stock counts.
  • Building and managing relationships with all third-party logistics providers.
  • Implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and service levels to customers.
  • Setting and delivery of operational KPIs.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to maximise forecast accuracy and optimal stock levels.

Profile

  • +3 years' experience in Supply Chain Management in the Food/FMCG industry would be ideal.
  • A degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or related field.
  • Excellent numerical and data analysis skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
