Role and Responsibilities:

As a Business Administration Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our clients sales and customer services operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Quotations and Purchase Orders: Prepare accurate and timely quotations for potential customers, collaborating with the sales team to ensure competitive and compelling offers. Assist in processing purchase orders, ensuring seamless communication with suppliers and internal departments.
  2. Customer Service: Work closely with the dedicated customer services team to address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
  3. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and administrative documents.
  4. Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Education: English and Maths, GCSE or equivalent looking for an exciting opportunity to build a career in business administration.
