Our market-leading client is now offering the opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join their welcoming and supportive finance team. This opportunity is fantastic who is a stable Credit Controller to gain the chance to join support the team on a temporary basis with the high possibility of going permanent.

Within this role you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the companies credit policies and ensuring that customers pay their outstanding debts on time. As well, you will be managing your daily tasks, resolving client queries, raising invoices, and setting up payment plans when needed and applying a problem-solving mindset and intuition with credit control processes to find solutions for invoice disputes. Whilst you will be working autonomously to meet deadlines you will also excel at working with the team to constantly identify areas for improvement.

Ideally, you will:

  • Prior experience with in a Credit Control role to be able to come in and hit the ground running.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to excel at maintaining strong communication lines with all clients and stakeholders within your portfolio.
  • Confident at working autonomously, with a track record of self-managing your day-to-day tasks and meeting KPI's.
  • Have a proactive demeanour and sharp attention to detail to excel at identifying discrepancies and resolving queries.
