Our client is looking for a passionate and organised Service Coordinator/Scheduler to join their team in Birmingham. What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and schedule Preventative Maintenance visits, Reactive Calls, and Revisits to maximise engineer productivity.
  • Be the friendly first point of contact for customers, resolving queries and ensuring a seamless service experience.
  • Collaborate with engineers and customers to deliver high-quality service while meeting KPI-based revenue and activity targets.
  • Manage the scheduling of sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for resolving customer-related issues.
  • Numeracy skills to understand and act on KPI information.
  • A positive team player with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Proficient in IT applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
