Rubicon Consulting is a well established multi-million pound recruitment business supplying contract and permanent white collar technical staff into the Energy and Utilities sector.
We are looking for an experienced resourcer for our contract division. You will be responsible for resourcing high quality candidates for our prestigious clients, typically for contracts from 3 to 12 months plus.
We will provide all the tools you need including access to our extensive database plus job boards, social media etc.
If you have at least 6 months resourcing experience, regardless of which market sector as the process is similar, please get in touch.
If you’ve been in recruitment already, you’ll know what the highs and lows are. You’ll be resilient and persistent with the ability to talk to candidates and assess their suitability for a particular role. You will be motivated to succeed, get results and earn a high salary.
We have a vibrant, motivated team of resourcers, all working from our offices in Hockley Heath in an environment designed to bring the best out of everyone. This role is 100% office based.
