This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected practice with deep roots in the West Midlands. The RoleWorking as part of a specialist property team, you will handle a broad range of commercial and agricultural property matters, acting for a diverse client base including landowners, farmers, developers, and business owners. Your work will include:
  • Sales, purchases, and leases of commercial and agricultural property
  • Rural estate management and diversification projects
  • Secured lending and property finance
  • Development work, including options, promotion agreements, and overage
  • Advising on rights of way, easements, and environmental issues

  • A qualified solicitor with experience in commercial and/or agricultural property
