Part-Time Repairs Administrator
Location: Solihull (On-site)
Hours: 3 days per week OR Monday-Friday, 4-5 hours per day
Salary: Up to 30,000 Pro-Rata (18K)

Based in stunning offices in Solihull, we are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to support our client's team with essential administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing high volumes of administrative work efficiently.
- Handling incoming post, distributing, and actioning accordingly.
- Updating and maintaining our CRM and Excel spreadsheets with accuracy.
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding professionally to queries.
- Liaising with our global HQ to obtain quotes and manage orders.
- Processing and managing repairs using SAP.
- Supporting with general office admin tasks, including paperwork and documentation.
What We're Looking For:
- Must be local to Solihull and available for on-site working.
- Excellent Excel skills - confident in using formulas and data management.
- Exceptional written and spoken English with strong grammar.
- Highly trustworthy, reliable, and discreet.
- A confident self-starter who can take ownership of tasks.
- Previous experience in an administrative role within a high-end or professional environment is desirable.
