Promoting sales and driving a small team with full autonomy over your store this is the opportunity for you!
Role: Store ManagerLocation: SolihullContract Type: Permanent - 5 days a week including weekend workSalary: £30,000 - £37,000 OTE + Commission
Benefits: 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), free parking, staff discounts, pensions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales for store by being commercially savvy and constantly seek ways to boost revenue and store performance.
- Manage a small team motivating them to exceed targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Managing stock, deliveries, click and collect and ensure they are expertly displayed for customers increasing sales.
- Keep customers at the heart of all operations for a seamless shopping experience.
- Manage customer feedback professionally to uphold high service standards.
- Build a high-performing team through continuous coaching and training.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising team to create an engaging store atmosphere.
Key Skill:
- Be an excellent communicator, creating relationship with customers and your team.
- Retail Management experience
- Ability to analyse sales trends and identify opportunities.
- Understanding of stock and ability optimise stock levels to reduce shrinkage.
- Visual Merchandising experience to create an inviting store environment that attracts customers.
- Experienced with IT packages
