Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales for store by being commercially savvy and constantly seek ways to boost revenue and store performance.
  • Manage a small team motivating them to exceed targets and deliver exceptional service.
  • Managing stock, deliveries, click and collect and ensure they are expertly displayed for customers increasing sales.
  • Keep customers at the heart of all operations for a seamless shopping experience.
  • Manage customer feedback professionally to uphold high service standards.
  • Build a high-performing team through continuous coaching and training.
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising team to create an engaging store atmosphere.

Key Skill:

  • Be an excellent communicator, creating relationship with customers and your team.
  • Retail Management experience
  • Ability to analyse sales trends and identify opportunities.
  • Understanding of stock and ability optimise stock levels to reduce shrinkage.
  • Visual Merchandising experience to create an inviting store environment that attracts customers.
  • Experienced with IT packages
